Because it's hard to know how you're really doing. Your friends and loved ones can give you feedback, but often it's conflicting feedback; or it's feedback that's not grounded in what really needs to happen to have peace and success; OR they care about you too much to tell you the awkward truth. 

Because when you've done all you can to make life work, to feel balanced and blessed, something else happens and the joy you thought you had is gone in an instant.

I have had that experience time and time again. I know that it is a scary place to be—especially alone—you don't have to take the journey on your own.

Because many women feel defeated when we can't find balance and feel a sense of fulfillment. It doesn't have to be that way. Our Heavenly Father has charted the course of safety and security; that is in His presence. When you learn how to connect with God in a meaningful way...everything changes and life works better.
